WSC Real Competition Terms and Conditions

1. To enter simply complete the form fully.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition which is free to enter.
3. One entry may be made per person per day.
4. Incomplete and multiple entries will be disregarded.
5. This competition runs from 13th May 2008 to the closing date of 31st January 2009.
6. Blade Interactive Studios has no responsibility and and may not include any entry not received by the closing date or for lost or misplaced entries.
7. Access to the internet may be required, please obtain permission to play and enter from your employer (if you are at work) or an adult (if you are under 18 years of age).
8. Winners will be decided by random draw.
9. Entrants are eligible to win only one prize. Entrants who are awarded and accept a prize shall not be eligible to win any further prizes through this competition.
10. Winners will be notified by email, and named in Blade Interactive Studios marketing materials. A list of winners will be available on request.
11. Winners must contact Blade Interactive Studios and confirm acceptance of their prize within 4 weeks of the announcement of the Winners, after which time the Prize will be withdrawn.
12. There prize is one of fifty PAL copies of "WSC REAL 2008" on Wii or "WSC Real 09" on other formats.
13. Winners should allow 30 days for delivery of prizes.
14. There is no alternative to any prize and the prizes are as stated and are not transferable.
15. If a prize or the award of a prize is illegal or unlawful in a winner's country, Blade Interactive Studios may cancel that prize.
16. The result of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Blade Interactive Studios shall not be responsible or liable for any tax, levies and duties applicable in any country and it is a condition of entry that you shall be responsible for your own tax liabilities in respect of entry or prize.
18. Blade Interactive Studios reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if necessary, in which case no indemnity or compensation will be given.
19. You agree that Blade Interactive Studios may use your name, image and likeness in connection with the competition, its promotion and to contact you by email if you are a winner.
20. This competition is not open for entry to employees of Blade Interactive Studios or its associated companies or their families or agents or any third parties professionally involved with the promotion or competition.
21. This competition is run by Blade Interactive Studios Limited of 1 Deansgate Mews | Manchester | England | M3 4EN United Kingdom ("Blade Interactive Studios ").
22. This competition and promotion is subject to English Law and is void where prohibited by local law.
23. Competition entry is subject to these terms and conditions and your compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including in your country of residence.
24. If you do not understand any part of these terms do not enter this competition.
